The prohibitions specified in this paragraph are those set out in— as they apply in relation to goods specified in Part 3 of Schedule 3D (Schedule 3D revenue generating goods). regulation 46S (import of Schedule 3D revenue generating goods); regulation 46V(1)(a) (technical assistance relating to Schedule 3D revenue generating goods); regulation 46W(1)(a) (financial services and funds relating to Schedule 3D revenue generating goods); regulation 46X(1) (brokering services relating to Schedule 3D revenue generating goods), to the extent that prohibition applies to an arrangement described in regulation 46W(1)(a),
