Section 60GA

Without prejudice to regulation 60GAA, the prohibitions specified in paragraphs (2) and (2A) do not apply in relation to relevant products located in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man having been lawfully imported there. The prohibitions specified in this paragraph are those in— regulation 46E (acquisition of iron and steel products); regulation 46G(1)(b)(i) (technical assistance relating to iron and steel products); regulation 46H(1)(b)(i) (financial services and funds relating to iron and steel products); regulation 46I (brokering services relating to iron and steel products) in relation to any arrangements described in regulation 46H(1)(b)(i). The prohibition specified in this paragraph is that in regulation 46IH(1)(a) (acquisition of metals). In this regulation “relevant products” means the products to which the respective prohibitions specified in paragraphs (2) and (2A) apply.
