Section 60GA(1)

The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 · United Kingdom

Without prejudice to regulation 60GAA, the prohibitions specified in paragraphs (2) and (2A) do not apply in relation to relevant products located in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man having been lawfully imported there.
