Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraph 10

Section 97 (appointment by FCA of persons to carry out investigations) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)— in paragraph (a)— at the end of sub-paragraph (i), insert “or”; omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (ii); omit sub-paragraph (iii); in paragraph (b)— omit “or (1A),”; at the end of sub-paragraph (i), insert “or”; omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (ii); omit sub-paragraph (iii). In subsection (3), omit paragraph (c).
