In section 176 (entry of premises under warrant), in subsection (11)— in paragraph (a), omit “87C, 87J,”; at the end of that paragraph, omit “or”; after that paragraph insert— by the FCA under regulation 26, 28 or 33 of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024; or
