In section 392 (application of sections 393 and 394)— after paragraph (a) insert— a warning notice given in accordance with regulation 41(1) of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024; after paragraph (b) insert— a decision notice given in accordance with regulation 41(4) of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024.
