Schedule 3, Part 2, paragraph 30

Article 70 (promotions included in listing particulars etc.) is amended as follows. In paragraph (1), for sub-paragraphs (c) and (d) substitute— a prospectus or supplementary prospectus published in accordance with regulated market admission rules; any other document required or permitted to be published— except an advertisement as defined in regulation 3 of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024. by listing rules under Part 6 of the Act, or by regulated market admission rules, Omit paragraph (1A). In paragraph (2) for ““listing rules”, “the prospectus regulation” and “prospectus rules”” substitute “and “listing rules””.
