Schedule 3, Part 3, paragraph 37

Commission Regulation (EC) No 1569/2007 of 21 December establishing a mechanism for the determination of equivalence of accounting standards applied by third country issuer of securities pursuant to Directives 2003/71/EC and 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council is amended as follows. In Article 1, in the second paragraph, in point (b)— in point (i)— omit the words from ““prospectus” to “or”; for “that Act” substitute “the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000”; for point (ii) substitute— regulation 24 of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024;
