In Article 7 (transparency requirements for originators, sponsors and SSPEs)— in paragraph 1(c), for the words from the beginning to “listing)” substitute “rules made by virtue of regulation 14 of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024”; in paragraph 2, in the third subparagraph, for the words from “section 85” to “Part 6 of the 2000 Act” substitute “rules made by virtue of regulation 14 of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024”.
