Section 22

Regulated market admission rules may make provision for determining the persons responsible for— a prospectus, or a supplementary prospectus falling within regulation 21(4)(a). Rules made by virtue of regulation 15 may make provision for determining the persons responsible for— an MTF admission prospectus, or a supplementary prospectus falling within regulation 21(4)(b).
