Section 7(2)

The Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024 · United Kingdom

For the purposes of these Regulations, to the extent that an offer of relevant securities is made to a person in the United Kingdom it is an offer of relevant securities to the public in the United Kingdom.
