Section 8(2)

The conditions are— that the operator of the multilateral trading facility maintains rules which relate to each of the following— the eligibility of issuers, the conditions for admission to trading, including information to be published, and requirements to be complied with in order to maintain the admission to trading, and that the issuers of transferable securities that are to be admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility are required to comply with those rules.
