Section 42(1)

For the purposes of section 9(1) of the PA 2023 (light touch contracts) the services which are covered by the CPV codes set out in column (1) of Table 1 in Schedule 1 and described in column (2) of that Table are specified as light touch services for the purposes of section 9(1) of the PA 2023.
