Section 42(2)

For the purposes of section 33(7) of the PA 2023 (reserving contracts to public service mutuals), a service specified in columns (1) and (2) of Table 1 in Schedule 1 is specified as a reservable light touch service where in the entry corresponding to that service in column (3) the letter “R” appears.
