Section 42(3)

The services which are covered by the CPV codes set out in Table 2 of Schedule 1 are specified as light touch services for the purposes of section 9(1) of the PA 2023, but only where those services are supplied under a contract for the supply of any thing listed in section 7(1)(a) to (f) of the PA 2023 (defence and security contracts).
