Council Regulation (EC) No 322/97 of 17 February 1997 on Community Statistics · European Union

Necessary regulatory, administrative, technical and organizational measures shall be taken at national and Community level to ensure the physical and logical protection of confidential data and to ensure that no unlawful disclosure and non-statistical use shall occur when Community statistics are disseminated.
