Council Regulation (EC) No 322/97 of 17 February 1997 on Community Statistics · European Union

Officials and other servants of the national authorities or of the Community authority having access to data subject to Community legislation which imposes statistical confidentiality shall be subject to compliance with such confidentiality, even after the cessation of their functions.
