2. The standards referred to in paragraph 1: shall be established taking into account, in particular: the specificities of the products concerned; the need to ensure the conditions for a smooth disposal of those products on the market; the interest of consumers to receive adequate and transparent product information; as concerns the olive oils referred to in point (a) of Part VII of Annex I, changes in the methods used for determining their physical, chemical and organoleptic characteristics; may in particular relate to quality, grading, weight, sizing, packaging, wrapping, storage, transport, presentation, origin and labelling.
