Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. The measures provided for in Articles 186 and 187 may be adopted: provided that any other measures available under this Regulation appear insufficient; having regard to the obligations arising from agreements concluded in accordance with Article 300(2) of the Treaty. 2. Detailed rules for the application of Articles 186 and 187 may be adopted by the Commission.
