Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. The measures provided for in Articles 186 and 187 may be adopted: provided that any other measures available under this Regulation appear insufficient; having regard to the obligations arising from agreements concluded in accordance with Article 300(2) of the Treaty.
