Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. For the purposes of application of this Regulation, the definitions concerning certain sectors as set out in Annex III shall apply. 2. For the purposes of this Regulation: ‘farmer’ shall mean a farmer as defined in Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003; ‘paying agency’ shall mean the body or the bodies assigned by a Member State in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1290/2005; ‘intervention price’ shall mean the price at which products shall be bought into public intervention.
