Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

2. The Commission shall fix the aid for private storage provided for in paragraph 1 in advance or by means of tendering procedures. In respect of the products laid down in points (d) and (e) of paragraph 1, the aid shall be fixed in the light of storage costs and, respectively: the likely trend in prices for skimmed milk powder; the balance to be maintained between cheeses for which aid is granted and other cheeses coming on the market.
