Single CMO Regulation

2. Member States shall each year forward to the Commission, by dates and according to rules to be fixed by the Commission in accordance with Article 192(2), the information necessary to: make the adaptation referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article; calculate the surplus levy to be paid by them.
