Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

2. For the purposes of this Chapter: ‘cereals’ shall mean cereals harvested in the Community; ‘milk’ shall mean cow's milk produced in the Community; ‘skimmed milk’ shall mean skimmed milk obtained directly and exclusively from cow's milk produced in the Community; ‘cream’ shall mean cream obtained directly and exclusively from milk.
