In section 6(3) of the Dock Work Act 1989— for “the 1978 Act” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, for “section 151 of, and Schedule 13 to,” substitute “ Chapter I of Part XIV of ”, for “paragraph 15 of Schedule 13” substitute “ section 216 of that Act ”, and for “paragraph 4 of that Schedule” substitute “ section 212(1) of that Act ”.
