The Electricity Act 1989 is amended as follows. In section 56(3), for “Schedule 13 to the said Act of 1978” substitute “ Chapter I of Part XIV of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”. In— for the words from the beginning to “continuous” substitute “ Chapter I of Part XIV of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”. paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 14, and paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 15,
