Schedule 1, paragraph 56(10)

In section 157— in subsection (1), for “section 73(2) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 121 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in subsection (2), for “section 71(2)(b) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 117(3)(b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
