In section 156— in subsection (1), for “subsection (7A), (7B) or (9) of section 73 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 122 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in subsection (2), for “subsection (7B)” substitute “ subsection (2) ”.
