In section 41— in subsection (1)— for “section 84 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 138 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and for “Part VI” substitute “ Part XI ”, and in subsection (2), for “Schedule 13 to the Act of 1978” substitute “ Chapter I of Part XIV of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
