Schedule 1, paragraph 63(3)

In section 43— in subsection (6), for “section 82(5) or (6) or 84(3) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 138 or 141 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in subsection (7), for “Part VI of the Act of 1978” substitute “ Part XI of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
