A guaranteed hours offer that takes the form of an offer to vary a qualifying worker’s terms and conditions of employment— must propose the removal of any term that provides for the contract to terminate by virtue of a limiting event unless, if the contract were entered into on the day the offer is made, it would be reasonable for it to be entered into as a limited-term contract; may not propose any other variation of the worker’s terms and conditions of employment (other than what is required by or under subsections (1) and (2) or subsections (1) and (4)).
