A guaranteed hours offer made by an employer to a qualifying worker is to be treated as having been withdrawn if during the response period there is a relevant termination of— the worker’s contract under which the qualifying worker has been working for the employer, or the arrangement in accordance with the terms of which the qualifying worker has been working for the employer.
