Section 45ZA(7)

Subsections (8) and (9) apply where— an employer offers to pay a sum specified in the offer to a shop worker if he or she agrees to do shop work for additional hours on Sunday or on a particular Sunday, and the shop worker— has given an objection notice to the employer that has not been withdrawn, or is not obliged under a contract of employment to do shop work for additional hours on Sunday.
