Schedule 4, paragraph 13

In section 14 (interpretation of Part 1), at the appropriate places insert— “consumer contract” has the same meaning as in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see section 61); “consumer notice” has the same meaning as in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see section 61);
