Schedule 4, paragraph 14

Section 15 (scope of Part 2) is amended as follows. In subsection (2) for “to 18” substitute “ and 17 ”. In subsection (3)— for “to 18” substitute “ and 17 ”, and in paragraph (b) omit sub-paragraph (ii) and the “or” preceding it.
