Schedule 5, Part 4, paragraph 20(6)

An authorised enforcer may exercise the power in paragraph 29 (power to seize documents required as evidence) in relation to documents which an officer of the enforcer reasonably suspects may be required as evidence in proceedings under Chapter 3 or 4 of Part 3 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
