Schedule 5, Part 4, paragraph 20(7)

Each of the following is an “authorised enforcer” for the purposes of this Part of this Schedule— the Competition and Markets Authority; the Civil Aviation Authority; the Financial Conduct Authority; the Secretary of State; the Department of Health in Northern Ireland; the Office of Communications; the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland; every local weights and measures authority in Great Britain; an enforcement authority within the meaning of section 120(15) of the Communications Act 2003; the Information Commissioner; the Department for Infrastructure in Northern Ireland; the Maritime and Coastguard Agency; the Office of Rail and Road; the Office for the Traffic Commissioner.
