Schedule 18, paragraph 9(2)

In Part 2 of Schedule 2— in paragraph 28— for “Part 8 of the Enterprise Act 2002” substitute “Chapter 3 or 4 of Part 3 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”; for “that Part” substitute “that Chapter”; in paragraph 36 for the words after “under” to the end substitute “section 171(2) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
