In Schedule 11A— in paragraph 42, for the words after “under” to the end substitute “Chapter 3 or 4 of Part 3 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (enforcement of consumer protection law)”; in paragraph 51 for the words after “under” to the end substitute “section 171(2) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (notice of intention to prosecute etc)”.
