Schedule 30, Part 1, paragraph 26

In section 105 of the Utilities Act 2000 (general restrictions on disclosure of information), in subsection (6)— omit paragraph (w); after paragraph (z1) insert— the following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024— Part 3; Chapter 1 of Part 4; Chapter 2 of Part 5.
