In Schedule 9 to the Transport Act 2000 (air traffic: information), in paragraph 3(3)— after paragraph (rh) insert— the following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024— Part 3; Chapter 1 of Part 4; Chapter 2 of Part 5. omit paragraph (sa).
