Schedule 30, Part 1, paragraph 3

In section 11C(1) (references under section 11: further supplementary provisions), in the words before paragraph (a)— after “shall apply” insert “, as it had effect immediately before the date on which section 143 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 came into force,”; and for “applies” substitute “applied immediately before that date”.
