Schedule 30, Part 1, paragraph 2

In section 11B(1) (references under section 11: powers of investigation and penalties), in the words before paragraph (a)— after “shall apply,” insert “as they had effect immediately before the date on which section 143 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 came into force and,”; for “apply”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “applied immediately before that date”.
