Schedule 30, Part 1, paragraph 33

In Schedule 6 to the Civil Aviation Act 2012 (restrictions on disclosure of information), in paragraph 4— in sub-paragraph (3), in the list of relevant statutory provisions, after the entry for “Water Act 2014” insert— the following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024— Part 3; Chapter 1 of Part 4; Chapter 2 of Part 5. in sub-paragraph (4), omit paragraph (b).
