In paragraph 26 of Schedule 15D to the Companies Act 1985 (company investigations: disclosure for purposes of enforcement authority under Regulations) , for “the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/2334)” substitute “ the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ”.
