Schedule 4, paragraph 4

In regulation 11(1) of the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 (exceptions to right to cancel under those regulations) , for paragraph (e) substitute— a credit agreement terminated under regulation 38(1) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (automatic termination of related agreements)”.
